Great analogy! I think that gives a great picture of what action research should be. After I read your post I kept thinking of that analogy. I picture teaching a lesson and going through the steps of your analogy. Just as I mentioned in my response above, I like to have visuals and picture what I am learning. The hair washing example was great. I could picture the example as I read through your action research model. I like how you have the adjust step and the arrow back to plan instruction. I liked how you used Scribd for your post.
